We are a licensed physiotherapist and a certified sports instructor and fitness trainer with more than 10 years of professional experience. We specialise in rehabilitation, injury prevention and creating structured fitness programs for rehabilitation that you can follow at home. Our focus is on long-term results, healthy movement patterns and empowering you to take an active role in your recovery.

In our daily work with patients we use concepts from manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, breathing therapy, electrotherapy and sports therapy.
